While DALRRD withdrew the current and draft SOP’s this week, Agbiz Grain has pointed out to DALRRD that the obligation to consult with stakeholders must still be respected before an assignee can begin with their determination and publication of fees.  Industry takes the lead on the principles for negotiation.
